I have a dietitian-approved meal plan and would like a reliable provider to handle weekly meal preparation and delivery in line with the plan.

Looking for someone to help prepare meals for me and my 2 kids (age 7 and 4) Must be available Wednesday mornings, to prep meals for 3-4 days including light breakfast/lunches and dinners No dietary requirements or allergy, just after great tasting meals with varieties for us Would like to start fortnightly and eventually move to weekly I will organise groceries as needed so please quote for prepping meals

Looking for someone to provide organic and gluten free meal prep - breakfast, lunch and dinner for 5 days. See attached image for desired daily protein/fats etc below. No seed oils or preservatives please and if using fish I prefer a low mercury type of fish. I am keen to avoid plastic containers so can supply Pyrex containers if that is easier. I’m happy to collect the meals or have them delivered to South Yarra. Happy to discuss what works best.

I am into fitness and busy with business. I would like to outsource my meal prep to someone who has time in their hands. Ideally I need chicken fish and meat, some simple Veggies and sweet potatoes.
