I’m looking for someone reliable, efficient, trustworthy and with good attention to detail to help out at home once a fortnight for 2 hours. Tasks will vary but usually include meal prep, cleaning (we have a fortnightly cleaner so no bathrooms, just thinks like dishes, vacuuming, mopping, dusting), washing, tidying, helping with pet related things and home organising. We’re already a very clean, tidy and organised house though, so it would be helping to maintain this rather than setting it up. Ideally Mondays at around 10:30am, but can figure out other times for the right person. Initially it would be a trial and then go from there. Rate would be $60 per hour. We’re in Northcote/Fairfield. Looking for a reliable cook to prepare healthy meals for the week every Sunday. I have a specific meal plan I need to follow — cooking for 1 person. I’ll give the meal plan to you. Preferably have it all done by Sunday night & packed up. Open to either: - You doing the grocery shopping (happy to pay extra for your time), or - I can supply all ingredients in advance Happy for you to cook in my kitchen or yours (and bring the meals over). This suits someone with attention to detail, food hygiene, and timeliness. If it goes well, this will be a fortnightly repeat job. My sister just had a baby and I'm looking to help with the cooking by arranging weekly drop offs of meals to her home in Kensington. Priority will be on flavor, health and portion sizes (large!). Not too salty, focus on protein and vegetables, she will cook the rice and potatoes etc. Drop off once a week in Coburg as an ongoing arrangement. This is for a 1 week trial. Looking for someone to provide organic and gluten free meal prep - breakfast, lunch and dinner for 5 days. See attached image for desired daily protein/fats etc below. No seed oils or preservatives please and if using fish I prefer a low mercury type of fish. I am keen to avoid plastic containers so can supply Pyrex containers if that is easier.
