I am looking for a flexible house cleaner to clean my townhouse in Woolooware, near Cronulla, every fortnight on a Tuesday or a Wednesday. It’s a 2 bed, 1 bath and 1 extra toilet/laundry townhouse. No pets, no kids and we have minimalistic furniture. No carpet, only area rugs. It’s only my husband and I, and the house is always clean, neat and tidy. We need someone to do one fortnight 2 hours general house cleaning and the next fortnight for 3 hours: 2 hours general cleaning and the rest of the time (the 3rd hour) cleaning specific one-off items, like sliding door, glass banisters, windows, fridge, etc. I am fine with you using your vacuum cleaner (or I will provide one), but I would like you to use my mop and bucket and cleaning (microfibre) cloths. We don’t use chemical cleaners so for dusting I use a damp cloth, and for moping hot water with some dishwashing liquid and vinegar. Regarding the bathroom, as I said we don’t use chemicals but I need the tiles and grout cleaned with dishwashing liquid, bi-carb soda and brush. The shower screen is 2 tiled walls and one side is glass, no door. They are big tiles so not much grout. The only chemical I use is toilet cleaner for the toilet bowl.
