Security door unable to be locked from inside or outside, even with holding it up

All door locks can be operated remotely with the remote. However, since a couple of months driver door cannot be locked or unlocked from the remote. The rest of the doors respond well to the remote, i.e locking and unlocking work on the well. Please let me know how much it cost to fix.

Incident Report: Balcony Door Lock Issue I was accidentally locked out on my balcony as the insect screening door locked itself from the inside. Unfortunately, I had no access to the interior at the time, and the situation required immediate resolution. To re-enter, I had to force the door open, which resulted in the door coming off its frame and some damage to the mesh cover. I need help in fixing this.
