Project Details: * Date: March 3rd (Monday). * Time: Late afternoon (The new door is scheduled for installation that morning; the lock needs to be fitted once the door is up). * Lock Type: Fully automatic smart door lock (purchased from China). * Door Condition: Brand new timber door, 40mm thickness. No existing holes, so fresh professional drilling/mortising is required. Key Requirements: * Template Provided: I have the 1:1 scale installation template. * Tools: Must bring professional tools for precise mortising and hole-sawing. * Software: I will handle the App setup and Wi-Fi pairing myself. You only need to focus on the physical/mechanical installation. Preferences: * Experience with installing international smart locks (Xiaomi, Aqara, or similar) is a big plus. * Please provide a quote for the full installation.
