Fluorescent circular light bulb blinking even after changing it to a new bulb

Hi, I’m looking for a qualified A-Grade electrician to complete the following work: 1. Loose SGPO switch (see first photo). I already have the replacement parts. 2. Broken 2-gang switch (see second photo). Replacement switch will be provided. 3. Faulty bathroom downlight (third and fourth photo attached). This requires diagnosis and repair/replacement of components (parts to be supplied by electrician as required). Additional requirements: Must be a licensed A-Grade electrician. You will need to provide a Certificate of Electrical Compliance and Safety and must be registered with Energy Safe Victoria. All work will be inside a residential apartment on the first floor.

7x5 trailer lights have stopped working need someone to investigate and rectify

Hi there I have 3 handyman tasks I need assistance with: 1. The toilet light needs fixing. I've bought the right globe for the light, but it doesn't seem to go into the fitting properly. Not sure what the issue is here, but need someone who can take a look at it and fix it. 2. The tap in my shower has come off. I think it just needs a simple washer replacement. 3. I would like some sections of grouting removed and new grouting done in my bath/shower area. I have highlighted the sections which need to be replaced. Noting: none of the dark grey area with very small tiles needs to be replaced - that is fine, it is just the areas I've highlighted. 4. I would also like the strip of silicon at the bottom of my shower glass section replaced. 5. A tile next to the bath has a crack in it - I would like for this crack to be filled/painted. I realise there is a limit to the number of images you can upload. I have 2 downbulb to replace easy however I’m recovering from injury but sensor light no longer works hence need quote I am located in Hawthorn East I’m not sure cost so Will choose

We need to get the light globes changed and possibly a new starter for a fluro light. It doesn't turn on so Im not sure what the issue is exactly. The office ceiling is too high for a standard ladder to reach

Skylight repair due to hail damage, single storey home with easy access to TC tiled roof, from rear of the property. The skylight has a tarpaulin and has been "made safe", we need to replace the polycrbonate material only. Size of skylight is 900 X 900 mm.

Door jammed and light flickering

Hi there, 2 tasks that I need assistance with and hoping to kill 2 birds with one stone if possible. Firstly the split system A/C unit in my bedroom is leaking a significant amount of water at times. I have cleaned out the filter but I don’t believe this to be the source of the issue. The unit in the lounge is also leaking some water however not nearly as much, this one is more a minor drip. I figure now might be a good time to inspect the units for anything that might be causing this problem for the warmer months ahead. Secondly, there are several down lights in the apartment that don’t seem to be working, even after I have replaced the globes. Not too sure if this could be due to loose wiring or a faulty transformer but I’m hoping someone with some knowledge may be able to fix this and reaffix the bulbs in the roof afterwards, I have all the brackets in my drawer. Hoping someone with some electrical expertise can assist with both of these issues, otherwise I may need to post them as separate jobs.
