Back light need repair on a 2013 samsung 55inch

We are looking for a certified and licensed electrician to inspect and repair lighting issues on Level 4 and 5 of our residential apartment building. The job includes: 1 investigating and repairing non-working lights and non working emergency exit sign light 2. Inspecting possible water ingress issues that may be affecting the electrical components.

I require assistance with a ceiling fan/light unit in our bedroom that has stopped working. The fan and light are a single integrated unit and both stopped working at the same time. The wall switch still provides power (I believe) and other items on the same circuit are functioning normally. We suspect the issue is with the remote control system. The remote became increasingly unreliable (needing hard presses and close range) before failing altogether. We’ve replaced the batteries, but there is no response from the remote. There’s no visible reset or pairing button on the remote or fan. We don't have the make or model of the unit. I’ve just had a large amount of work done on my car by a specialist mechanic (gearbox) but the logbook service wasn’t completed (so an oil change is needed) and now both reverse lights are also out. Would prefer this done today, but would also be available tomorrow. Tasker needs experience with European cars.

Leaking skylight. Minor repair required. Water has damaged architrave which will be repaired by the painters starting on Monday 14th April

We have a small manual Velux skylight that appears to have a broken handle on it, so the skylight isn't 100% properly closed. You will need a very high ladder to reach it (we only have a small ladder). I need a new pool light. The fixture in the pool only has 2 lugs left on it to screw into. There are 3 fence panels that need to be replaced. a) Go to site, remove the old panels b) Take panels to colourbond supplier - get new panels - only need 3 panels. c) Go back to site and put in the new panels. 2. There is a post at the front that is a bit wobbly and needs to be made more sturdy. a) Get quick mix cement from bunnings. b) Dig around existing post. c) Pour new cement and align post to be straight. Done and dusted.
