Request for Quote – Lawn Maintenance at 152 Kardella Street, Stretton Contractors: We’ve received a compliance notice from Brisbane City Council regarding vegetation overgrowth at our property: 152 Kardella Street, Stretton QLD 4116 We’re seeking a quote for basic lawn maintenance on this vacant large lot (over 300m²) to meet Council compliance requirements until the property is demolished for development. The work doesn’t need to be detailed—just good enough to meet Council standards. Ideally, this can be completed using a ride-on mower for efficiency. We’re mainly concerned with managing long grass and weeds, especially at the front and one side of the house. There may be a green waste bin on site, but we’re not 100% certain at this stage. Please provide an option for removal in case it’s needed.
