I'm looking for a reliable and experienced person to mow the lawns at two residential properties in Picton on an ongoing monthly basis. Properties: 1) Approx. 900m² 2) Approx. 800m² The properties are located just down the road from each other, making it easy to complete both in the one visit. Requirements: Mow all grass areas. Whipper snip/edge where required for a neat finish. Mulch or remove clippings as appropriate, leaving both properties neat and tidy. Supply your own equipment. Be reliable, punctual, and able to commit to ongoing monthly maintenance. Additional Information: The lawns are maintained regularly, so this is intended to be a straightforward monthly maintenance job rather than an overgrown clean-up. I'm looking for someone dependable who can become our regular lawn maintenance person.
