I'm looking for an experienced landscaper or site-clearing contractor to prepare a vacant residential block (~700m²) in Blackburn for a new home build. The house has already been demolished, and the whole site now needs to be cleared of vegetation. Scope of work: • Remove all grass across the whole block. Much of it is long and overgrown (knee-high in places). • Remove all weeds, including clover, dock, thistles and climbing weeds along the fence lines. • Remove all unwanted plants, roots included: agapanthus clumps along the rear fence, monstera, cordyline and self-seeded shrubs and saplings. • Remove the old timber sleepers, garden edging and concrete strips in the side corner. • Remove loose rubbish • Take all green waste and debris off site. Looking for someone to mow the lawn at my property in Blackburn before a quarterly inspection. The property has a large front and backyard, and the grass has grown fairly long. Photos attached show the current condition and areas requiring mowing. Job includes: * Mow all lawn/grass areas in the front and backyard, including side areas * Whipper snip/edge along fences and paths where needed * Leave the area tidy after mowing No tree, hedge or other plant trimming required. Please bring your own mower and whipper snipper. Green waste bin is available, but please advise if additional green waste disposal is required. Mulching the grass clippings is also fine where appropriate. If the price and work are good, I would be interested in arranging ongoing regular lawn mowing as well.
