Lawn mowing for front yard and back yard. It is a large area and we need the grass cut really short, almost 'non-existent' short.
Frank was several hours late than the agreed upon time and did not communicate properly. Despite being super late and almost no communication, he kept messaging to have the payment released when he had not replied to any calls and messages while I was waiting him for him to show up.
