Please refer to the numbering in the attached photos. Section 1. Mow the small front lawn (include edging) Section 2. Mow the small upper lawn (a few stairs up) Secrion 3. Pull out all the weeds in the side bed (cannot accept simple cut, roots needs to be pulled out to prevent regrow as much as possible - I have done it before, the roots are pretty shallow). Remove dead bushes (5 of them as you can see in the picture in section 3, the diameter of the stem is 4-5cm, should be an easy saw job. Please assess and confirm if you think you can break them into smaller pieces and fit in the green bin or take offsite for disposal). The overgrown patch of weeds (section 3' - be aware of some spiky plants around) at the front of the side bed needs to be removed as well to give clear access to the meter and storm pit. My past experience tells me this whole job should just take 2-3hours for an average person and less for an experienced and well equipped professional.
