The grass was long and had weeds but the way it was treated by the previous guy it’s now mostly weeds with barely any grass. I need the grass cut back and the weeds either pulled or sprayed so they die. I also have a mango tree which needs trimming. I plan on continuing grass cutting each four weeks. My offer is for this initial work, to negotiate further possible work.
