Need to service Victa lawn mower. sitting in garage haven't used for a while

I need the front nature strip, the lawn and back yard lawn mowed and whipper snipped. Roughly 600sqm. There's more than 6 inches of grass in certain areas. I paid 100 the last time to a gardener with about the same amount of grass so I guess that's my budget roughly but I'm up for offers thanks!
