I’ve recently moved into a new house and would like to replace the existing synthetic grass with a higher-quality option that looks more natural. Additionally, my neighbour’s backyard is located behind the fence, and whenever they water their plants, water leaks into my yard. This may also be contributing to the deterioration of the turf. I’ve attached a photo for reference and would appreciate advice/solution on how to prevent this issue.
