I’ve recently moved to the area and unfortunately my previous gardener, who was fantastic, is now a little too far away. In addition to this initial job, I’d be keen to find someone reliable for regular monthly lawn mowing/gardening, provided the price is reasonable. Please feel free to send through a quote. The garden needs a significant tidy-up. I am looking for someone to focus on three specific areas: 1. Hedges & Trees: Trim the edges and heights of the front trees (ensuring they no longer block the walkway) and clean up the hedge along the side of the house. - ps: you may need to bring a ladder. 2.Lawn Maintenance: Mow all lawn areas around the house and use a whipper snipper for the edges. 3. Weeding: Remove weeds and small unwanted plants from the garden beds/pathways. Please note I do not have all pictures of the garden. The lawn is extra large so please quote appropriately. I need a bi monthly mowing to ensure my rental is nice and tidy. Next 12 months +. Happy to organise cash agreement after first mow. Access to side grass patch via gate with provided key, front of property lawn as well. See images.

Property being placed on market with Real Estate. The property is on half an acre. The property requires to be cleaned up and maintained till house is sold. It requires a clean up at the back of dried weeds then the up keep of spraying weeds and mowing until property is sold. My family is very fastidious on how the garden should be presented during marketing / selling campaign. So if you don't have attention to detail or cleanliness its best you don't apply. You will required to have your own equipment and attend to give a quote on the premises please. The property is in Newcomb area. A quote from you will be required.
