Our lawn mowing man just retired. Happy for him, sad for us. Looking for a small business to come do a regular lawn mow. The arrangement we had with the last guy- I would text usually every 4 weeks in winter, every 3 weeks in summer and he would schedule us in. He would always do the lawns but every few times I’d say “hey can you also do the hedges/take away palm fronds/cut down the seeds off the trees or spray the weeds” and it would be a casual and changing job based on needs. He also moved/dragged our trampoline to a new patch of grass so the grass could grow. I don’t really want to be locked in to a timetable. Last guy I left cash every month, happy if you do that or happy if you want to send us a bill. Would love someone that works for themselves, is happy and friendly.
