Developing a block in Kilsyth and council requires landscaping plan to be done - I only want the PLANTS planted which are marked in RED. No other planting beyond that - Also I dont require any fencing, concrete, pavers or lawn - just the plants as per the image. I need to do grading around the slab and leftover remove soil. We can use the same soil available on site for the grading.
