I have a house in Kallangur that has over grown trees and bushes and i want to rip most of them out, and do a small landscaping project on it with you. The idea is to clean everything up and have the back garden looking nice so we can rent the property out. Looking for some basic landscaping and gardening work to be done by someone who has good attention to detail and takes pride in their work. Work required as follows: 1) GARDEN IN FRONT OF ENTRANCE This has already been started but will need someone to complete. Refer to attached work in progress photo. Finish off the paver edging, tidy up where necessary to get it nice straight and even looking - need professional looking job here. Dig holes for the plants. There’s about 20-30cm of soil for garden but is clay underneath, so not sure whether you’ll need hole digger for bigger plants. Up to your discretion. Put in the plants and additional soil where necessary in garden bed. (Pile of soil already on site) Leave enough room on top for some garden bed mulch. I will do the mulch myself. Refer to attached rough sketch for front entrance landcaping/garden reference. 2) GARDEN BESIDE DRIVEWAY Dig out the grass to reveal soil underneath Create garden edging with pavers following the boundary/fence line, down to where aggregate driveway finishes and then pave back towards driveway to create the garden bed. Needs to be very neat and tidy paver edging - need a professional looking job. Dig holes for the plants. Put in the plants and additional soil where necessary in garden bed. (Pile of soil already on site) Leave enough room on top for some garden bed mulch. I will do the mulch myself. Refer to attached rough sketch for driveway landcaping/garden reference. Attached image of collection of plants to be used for both the garden beds. So there’s some agaves, dracaenas, yukkas and rhoeos there but will provide more clear direction on what plants should go where on the day. Also attached another general photo of front of house for your reference. 3) CLEAN OUT GRASS AND WEEDS ABOVE RETAINING WALL Clear out all the grass, bushes and weeds above the retaining ball. Put in some weed matting or provide some suggestions to prevent this from coming back. Attached a photo for your reference. I intend to be onsite for some of the time to provide further direction as needed. Please have your own tools, wheelbarrow, ute etc. I will supply materials such as pavers, soil etc. and anything else as necessary. You’re welcome to pop on site as well beforehand to further assess the job eg. whether we need a hole digger etc. Job needs to be done asap within the next 7 days. To cement a portion of our courtyard with earthwork and dumping needed (small trees, pebbles, pavers, mulch, etc) Approx area 20sqm Around 10 - 12 sqm for cementing (irregular shape) If you are a landscaper, possibly a combination of artificial turf and cement. We have a damaged retaining wall that needs replacing. Length is 2.5 m and height is 1.2m. Give us a quote, budget starts from 500. We want treated timber sleepers and the tree in the photo next to the retaining wall cut down and removed. A builder who did the concrete retaining wall left bricks which we would like removed too.

Need someone or (2 people if they want to share) to wheelbarrow 4.5m3 of soil from driveway, down the side of house and tipped into a raised garden bed in the backyard. Approx. 35m trip & approx. 50 wheelbarrow loads. Wheelbarrow is taller than raised garden bed so can tip soil into it. Flat property.
