Need retaining wall to be completed at my place. Concrete sleepers and 600mm height. As well as concrete the floor.

Backyard fence is bowed as the retaining wall sleepers are not properly secured and have part joints on them. Some had come out as seen in the pictures. the area is sloped and the retaining wall being lose or not solid makes the soil move and sink, and the push from it got the fence bowed a bit.
