I am looking at building a 600mm high retaining wall with a privacy screen on top if it (total heigh of 2.7 to 2.9m), along the rear boundary line (total of 15.4Mtrs in length) of the house (within 200mm from the boundary). I need someone to help determine if a permit is needed - and if it is looking for help with drawings, permit issue and build over easement approvals.
