Please read full description before making offers. The back corner of our yard had a spa with decking that we have since removed. We want this area to be somewhere to our table and chairs or even bench seats with a fire pit. NOTHING EXPENSIVE OR FANCY as we want to knock down / rebuild in a year or so. Cheap cheap cheap fix. Even if it’s just a concrete slab (no pebbles as we have young kids) Job would involve removing tree stump, removing pebbles, tidying up and converting to something that flat.
