Main area – raised garden/retaining wall bed * Remove weeds throughout * Cut back/tidy overgrown plants where needed * Remove dead growth and garden debris * Rake and prepare beds for mulch * Spread mulch over the area Pool garden beds * Weed and tidy garden beds * Remove excess leaf litter/dead growth * Cut back plants encroaching onto paving * Spread mulch We are not looking for landscaping or new planting — just a good, thorough clean-up to make the areas tidy and presentable. Mulch will be supplied and delivered onsite. Green waste does not need to be taken away — we have garden waste bags here for our bulk kerbside collection. Task - refresh aged clothes line area. It has uneven pavers and rotting support. No need for removal. (1) Construct sleeper wall outside of existing (crumbling) structure. Dims are 3200mm x 5200mm x 400mm (highest point). Some grassed area needs to be cleared (400mm wide strip x 5m and can be used to fill void). (2) - leave pavers in location - fill void with road base, some pavers - cover uneven pavers with road base - level - compact it.
