Cabinet door under kitchen sink came off because hinges are not gripping the cardboard

I have a small leakage in my kitchen sink. Unable to figure out how to fix it, upon checking I could see water dripping from two pipes below the sink and when the tap is on the dripping fastens.

Handyperson wanted to change a kitchen mixer tap. New tap already purchased and just needs to be swapped with the old one. Please see photos. Southbank apartment, with parking available in the basement.

The kitchen sink pipe is blocked. There is a secondary sink but never used. Tried hot water, drano liquid and suction pump plunger but didnt work. Apartment kitchen sink blocked. Tried unscrewing pipe directly under but source of blockage seems too deep to reach with non-plumbing tools. Tried drain clearing liquid from Supermarket but no luck. water is still going down but at very slow speed.
