Looking for licensed plumber to change my old kitchen mixer tap with a new one in my cbd apartment .

Hey there! I have a small garden just outside my kitchen and I’d like to connect a garden hose to the kitchen water supply so I can water the plants easily. My current kitchen tap connects to the mains via a female G 1/2 fitting. I’d like to have a splitter installed before the kitchen tap so that I can add an additional outlet for a garden tap. This should include installing the appropriate one-way valves and fittings, followed by the installation of a garden tap.

I tried poking with a meter-long wire but couldn't unblock it, though I felt hitting something. Wire came up greasy. Tried baking soda with vinegar but that made it worse. The part marked with red circle is where I opened up.

Plumbing has been disconnected for a new kitchen, which has been completed. Plumbing was cut back to the wall in the corner cabinet, new stop cocks fitted and pipes capped off as per picture. We need someone to remove the caps, add tail pipes for the hot and cold water , extend them and the drain through from the corner cabinet to the sink cabinet, and connect with new sink, tap and also to dishwasher, which is the cabinet that has not been fitted properly yet to the right of the sink cabinet Also, we need someone to connect the gas to the stove. Please note my budget in this post indicates I am not sure what this costs, just provide your best price, thanks

The back of the left sink has leaking (first pic). I put some tissue into the leaking area for now (second pic), as leaking is not massive. I suspect it's from the loosened gap (red circle) between the sink and benchtop (last pic). I tried putting a thin knife blade into the gap between the sink and benchtop from the left side to the right side, and I could feel that the middle area (red circle) has got some gap. I suspect silicone can seal the gap. Street parking available - I can pay.
