Currently have 35 townhouses worth of joinery for installation. Kitchen, laundries, vanities and full carcass Wardrobes. New cabinetry and stone, stove top,

1) cap off gas (easily accessible under front of house, no longer required) 2) replace grey pipes (see photo) 3) move waste pipe (due to dishwasher placement, see photo) 4) install dishwasher Background; We’re having the cabinet space for the benchtop on the 25th measured. The benchtop will take 2 weeks to be cut and includes a sink.

Require a licensed plumber to perform a couple of tasks for a kitchen renovation project. We will demolish the existing kitchen. Assuming all that’s required we would need: - disconnection of pipes. - not sure if electric hot water unit needs disconnection. It’s not sitting on any cupboards and lives below the coffee machine (between dishwasher and oven). - reconnect pipes with new single under mount sink and tap within bench. - install new dishwasher. This will be moved over slightly as we will be putting an empty bin draw where it currently is to create easy access to hot water unit. - any other tasks that may be required as we are not experts and it’s our first renovation. *there is no gas.

We currently have 45 townhouses with joinery that require installation, at this stage due to being stretched for labour on numerous jobs, we require skilled joinery installers who are able to install off plans and unsupervised. All joinery will be in the townhouse ready for install. Kitchen, vanities pantries and Laundries amongst the installation process. Must have own tools, white card and transport.
