Need an IT person to help with wifi set up

TPG technician installed internet yesterday but he didn’t check I could connect using wifi password. Doesn’t work when I try. I work from home so need internet.

Just change over to Vodafone NBN, somehow internet is slow and VOIP phone is not working.

We are setting up a new small office in the city. Internet has been connected to base of building. Previous tenant left office cabled but we cannot get it to work.
