Unable to use my Britbox app. It will not load properly and have tried everything to fix it . My daughter has also tried but can't work out the problem. Unable to access programs the have already started. Saying issue and internet not connected properly. This is stressing me out and need help please. I am unable to trouble shoot over the phone due to anxiety issues. Need help in person.
He fixed the issue easily but after reassuring me that it won't happen again, the same issue happened thenext day. He told me to call him if any problems. I called and he promised to call me the next day and will talk me through the issue so I could fix the problem myself. Unfortunately he let me down by not calling me and giving further assistance. I felt like I gave him $200 for nothing and feel that I can't rely on Airtasker again.

My elderly father’s internet stopped working and he can’t get it back up himself. It was my fault.. I moved the modem to clean under it 🤦🏽♀️ I also can’t get it working again. It’s a black Optus modem and the DSL light is off. All other lights are on. This needs to be done in person.
