Unable to use my Britbox app. It will not load properly and have tried everything to fix it . My daughter has also tried but can't work out the problem. Unable to access programs the have already started. Saying issue and internet not connected properly. This is stressing me out and need help please. I am unable to trouble shoot over the phone due to anxiety issues. Need help in person.

My elderly father’s internet stopped working and he can’t get it back up himself. It was my fault.. I moved the modem to clean under it 🤦🏽‍♀️ I also can’t get it working again. It’s a black Optus modem and the DSL light is off. All other lights are on. This needs to be done in person.

Printer offline cannot reconnect

My POS starlink connection developed constant issues and is now dead. I have a full home network and have no idea where in the chain the issue is. Need to determine if it's my router, cables or the starlink modem is just dead. Need help asap.

My ipad, which has a VPN, is not connecting to the internet properly at my Air BnB. My wife's Macbook, which doesn't have a VPN, is fine., but mine is very slow , drops out, generally not working properly.

i am struggling to set up my modem

Our NBN box & WIFI Router is at the front of our house but we have very minimal WIFI at the back of the house. there is an old phone port/plate in the back room of the house that we would like changed to an ethernet port so we can connect our computers directly to the internet and add a WIFI extender. - Due date: Before Thursday, 18 January 2024
