I need my internet reconnected. The router was reset and now it’s not connecting. It’s on a lynham network- I’m located in Richlands Brisbane

Im with Optus . The internet has been playing up and now says im connected on my laptop but it cant find servers and message The server couldnt process DNS request . Im thinking of getting a new modem and having someone install it for me .Ive been onto Optus tech for hours and thinking im wasting my time .

We have disconnected our home security cameras as our internet and cameras were hacked about 3 months ago. Camera is HikVision. We have since got a new internet provider but we are struggling to get the old network setup connected with our new router, we need the camera system setup to the new network as well as connecting the new internet service to the new router. We have ópticom internet and the house is completely networked.

I am subscribed to 250mbps/25mbps internet package. However, I am experiencing poor coverage and low speed in a number of spots in the house. I require a technician to test existing router and to propose a replacement if required. I may also need a mesh system to enhance coverage and speed for the double storey home. We need to discuss how we can finalise an agreement since the scope of work cannot be finalised until after testing. My wifi only works when vpn is on, even then it says “no internet, secured”. My roommates say it works on none of there devices. It doesn’t work on my phone.
