Paint interior walls of 3 bedroom 1 bathroom rental unit

Paint water based top coat on front door and bench inside, paint above portico white (can stand on portico), paint side fence and metal above fence and monkey bars, sand stairs and tint. Likely more work down the track as whole house eventually needs painting. Paint will be payed for.

Front door and frames need to be sanded and re stained inside and outside

Paint a couple of areas in laundry, kitchen and one small wall in master bedroom. Paint supplied, bring brush, equipment and floorcoverings.

I'm looking for someone with a reputation for friendly & reliable service and specialises in Painting Apartments, Unit Complexes & Everything In-Between. I have attached photo's, the two bedrooms have been completed but 5 doors remain and most of the apartment has had a first coat. I can supply paint and materials, or you can provide a price to complete. The walls are lined with VJ and the ceilings are gyprock. The lounge is approximately 6x6mtrs and the hallway is approximately 1.2x10mtrs. The price I have included below is an hourly rate, alternatively you can quote the project. Due date: Flexible
