Looking at having our (upstairs only)3 bedroom house painted. Ceilings, walls, cornices, doors/frames. Our settlement date is 23rd September. We’re planning on having our pine floors done prior to painting. We will supply the paint

Window to be removed and external hole to be notched bricked in and painted to match external paint. Internal hole to have a studded frame added and plasterboard added, then painted to match existing internal wall paint. Dimensions: Window - 190cm x 130cm Window with window header and brick window sill (to be removed) - 190cm X155cm Builder to supply all materials and tools required except external and indoor wall paint which will be supplied by property owner. Builder to remove window and rubble from property.

Interior roof needs painting. I accidentally painted it with low sheen, correct Dulux “cotton ball” roof paint will be provided. Own equipment will be needed. Hallway Kitchen Living room as per photos Further work will be needed a week later. Gloss work on skirting boards, and touch ups.

Hi. We need three and a half walls painted in a 3.6 x 3.5m room please. Old paint has started to chip (see photos) so this will need removing/sanding first. We also have the inside of our garage needing to be painted as well

I am looking to have the interior of my house painted (walls only and not ceiling). The walls are currently white and I would want a fresh coat of white on the walls only the baseboards and trim and doors also need a fresh coat. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Some of the rooms don’t have much walls as they are windows and the bathrooms are mostly tiled walls so don’t have a lot of wall either but I included some photos. We are moving into the house so it will be completely vacant with nobody living there with nothing on the walls (one wall shows a cabinet in the bedroom which is no longer there) so nobody should be in your way while you’re painting. The living room has a height up to 3.6m and one of the bedrooms is up to 4.2 on one wall. The rest of the rooms are standard height. I can supply the paint if it is easier or I can take your recommendation. Looking to get done the week of July 7 or slightly earlier so we can move in by 10th-11th ish. Old gym walk where chalk was used needs to be repainted black. I can supply paint but you must have roller and pan. It's already painted black so one good coat will be fine. 20m x 3m See pics

We need some cosmetic spot touchups of internal and external paint at house. Someone experienced to do a nice blended job with equipment / ladder. Also want minor repairs to chipped timber with builders bog etc to be then painted. Some of the examples in photos - a few of these around the house.

Painting ceiling, walls and window trim in 2 bedrooms which are 3.6mx4m or smaller and the kitchen/ living area which is approx 12mx 6m. Kitchen living area needs completing this weekend. Bedrooms can be completed by following weekend. Have paint on site. I am removing furniture from Bedrooms today and the living kitchen area has some covered furniture away from walls
