Im looking for a regular housekeeper to come once a month for a deepclean. We try to keep our home neat and tidy but with work and a newborn it's becoming more challenging. Need help in Northcote today 10:30am-11:30am. Start with one hour and if goes well ideally carry on at 30/hr (around 120 for 4hr but can pay overtime and want to pay bonus for quality help. Just need practical help to finish setting up new house - errands, organising, odd jobs. A few very focused hours to smash out my to do list. Someone switched-on and proactive who is eager to help. No experience needed. Anyone who can tackle my to do list with me and is to a fast mover!! We will have a look at my to do list and prioritise/create a plan of attack. Will be pretty random and probably be things like: - gardening/weeding (if you enjoy it!!!) - Watering indoor plants - Moving a few small furniture items - hanging frames with 3m Velcro strips/literally picking spots for art around the house /collating art clippings I’ve collected into a cohesive pile to put up somewhere - organising cosmetics/wardrobe flow if that’s your thing (not my forte) - light household cleaning/sweeping/steam mopping - cycling through laundry and dishes (not much to get through maybe 1 load) - perfecting the vibe of the house - organising pantry (not much in there lol) - setting up maintainable systems - listing things on marketplace - doing a charity shop run ideally - hard rubbish (booked) vs free marketplace listings (even like just listing the items from my phone would be amazing) Would be most helpful for me if someone can lean more towards easy creative organisational based tasks, can make suggestions, this is where I get stuck. Ideally has a car and license Practical support to keep momentum going, prioritise tasks and lighten the load. I’m very easygoing and a support worker myself so am flexible. Happy to work with someone to just pick a few tasks that they can nail thoroughly and quickly or allow me to delegate - headphones on whatever works. Can provide lunch and a break.
