We have a ten year old daughter with autism and we both have ADHD, so it can be very difficult for us to maintain a clean and tidy home. We are looking for someone who can do housekeeping once per week at our home while we are at work. The rate is fixed at $120 for a three hour session once per week and is NOT NEGOTIABLE. Some of the duties we would like undertaken include: - cleaning duties including washing dishes, wiping down kitchen surfaces, cleaning toilets, sinks showers, and basins. Taking out household rubbish. Mopping as required. - washing, drying and folding laundry. Putting away clothes.Change bed linen, including linen on a loft bed - tidying surfaces and floors, and putting errant objects away, or in designated tidy tubs. Vacuuming the stairs. Dusting surfaces and airing out the home. Successful applicants will: - have good attention to detail. Putting items in the wrong spot or throwing them away can cause our daughter to become distressed - be reliable. Take stuff outside the unit and organise it , see what stays and what needs to go to the tip or can be sold (it is there for 7 years ) would be good if you provide trailer or van and help get rid of rubbish) Unit was packed badly organised so we can’t get to the stuff as it is up the ceiling .
