Testing wifi speed etc. - take photos everytime after cleaning and upload them into the system we use to assist in better management of the property (training and assistance will be provided). - report any damages for repair or maintanace. - look after the spare keys and deliver them to the guests if they accidently lock themselves out. Rare, but might happen. Labour cost will be paid seperately. Ideally, you: - must finish the cleaning tasks between 10am to 2 or 3pm - have your own linen supplier for replacing sheets, pillow covers and towels everytime you do cleaning. - could purchase and restock consumable items when needed, and you include that in the price you charge for doing cleaning. - you able to use the system we provided to pre-schedule your cleaning work. - you able to occasionally assist in purchase items required by the property.
