Wanting a fortnightly cleaner for a 3 bed, 2 bath apartment. Strip and wash bed sheets fortnightly and do and fold some laundry.

I need an extra pair of hands to help keep on top of the housework, now that I'm needing to commute to Sydney for work while juggling kids and burnout as a single mumma! We can test out with an initial session of just 3 hours to see how we get along, but the vision is to have someone regularly come in and reset my house on a Wednesday (either weekly or fortnightly) for 3-4 hours or so, so that I come back to a reset and clean house that night. (3br plus study house, had full professional clean last week) For this first session though, I prefer a MONDAY or TUESDAY if possible. Just ongoing would be Wednesdays. The warts and all - You may walk in to dishes still around from breakfasts and possibly dinner the night before, goodness knows what toys and clothes strewn across the floor, and no doubt every cushion and pillow not where they're meant to be, blankets out on the lounge instead of kids beds. So tidying all that before actually cleaning is helpful - cleaning being all the usual things. This listing is for the initial booking for 3 hours to see how we click and I don't expect all the extras done in this first meeting! (please also share your usual hourly rate outside airtasker fees) If you would also help in future (notnthis session) with laundry and making beds, even changing sheets every couple of weeks, that would be absolutely amazing. I am looking for someone that, once you’re familiar with us and our house, can just see what needs to be done and is happy to do it without me having to provide every detail on a list - just to tidy, put things away, straighten anything you can tell needs doing before cleaning. Of course at first I’ll show you where things live etc! Budget flexible depending what your quote is for (how many hours for your hourly rate). I'll increase it for whatever the airtasker fee on top is. I'm looking for someone who can ideally come on a regular basis for a few hours at a time to chip away at some decluttering and also help with the general upkeep of day to day tidying. This task is for 3-4 hours to start with to see how we go and if it works out we can look to a fortnightly arrangement. Someone who can help keep on top of laundry, help to cull clothes and put away the keepers, and stay on top of general house tidying depending on what needs doing at the time (e.g. unpacking dishwasher / tidying kitchen / if kids have left things on the floor help to tidy). Having initiative to see what needs doing and ask questions would be really appreciated. Most things in the house are labeled and many areas I've already culled and organized, but I have lots of other areas still with far too much stuff that I want to cull. We can either divide and conquer, or work alongside each other as an organized buddy helps with my motivation and staying focused!
