I need to renovate my double storey town house where I would like to make some changes for example converting open space into a room and also removing walls in laundry and bathroom for extension. I need architect plans and ideas where I can make use of the space and also add value to the home.

Renovation tasks: downsize the kitchen, install modern wardrobes in four bedrooms, build an outdoor deck, replace all doors, repaint the house, and replace the toilet.

Then to install a new door with the existing frame. New door is ready. 2. Kitchen demolishment. Plan is to do the whole kitchen renovation. Need someone to help with removal all the cabinet first. Looking for a skilled labourer (or carpenter) to work with a lead carpenter for a 1937 weatherboard house renovation/extension project. Will include 7-8 hours of work per day @ $60/hour. Potential for up to two weeks of work. Start day Friday 28th April.
