Single story 3 bed 2 bath with a few very short stairs (see photos - 3 steps into living room, 2 steps out the garage, 1 step into front door, etc). Narrow hallway. Used to live in 2 bed 1 bath so the amount of stuff is fit for 2 bed 1 bath.
