We need some help finishing the exterior painting of our rendered brick house.

Walls have been patched, just need sanding and painting

$2000 for the job - probably take 3 to 5 days based on 8 hour days and how quickly you can get the job done. It could take 3 or take 5. Works out to be $50 an hour. - Paint internal rooms such as living room, kitchen, laundry etc - 4 small bedrooms - External brick painting (not roof) - 8 doors to be glossed (all brand new doors) Medium size house / house is bare with no furniture inside. There’s probably 3-5 days of work internally and externally, potentially more (thats if done on own). Open to having more than 1 person painting if you have a friend, colleague or a team. All paint and brushes etc are supplied including sprayer and drop sheets. Just need a painter to complete the job The entire house has been 90% prepped & the ceilings have been completed so it will just be the walls & doors, door frames and skirtings (some need replacing) but can look at it.

Brand new house in Champion Lakes, WA - needing a paint - white gloss paint (which can be wiped with a wet cloth etc) Outside - dark grey But depending on price might just start either insides first.

Outdoor Lantern and House number to have rust and old paint removed and repainted white. Electrical supply will need to be turned off prior to repainting light fixture.

- Paint Touch Ups on walls around baseboards and doorframes (6 doors - paint provided) - Paint Laundry Room Walls (paint provided - no need for professional job) - Put up one curtain rod - Attach 2 bathroom cabinet doors back on to cabinet (small) - Attach knobs to bathroom cabinet doors (drill/screwdriver provided)

Extra help required to paint the exterior of our house. House is a small, single story, 2 x 1, with weatherboard cladding facade. All materials will be provided. Will pay $50 an hour until the job is finished.

I am looking for a certified painter to repaint all internal walls and ceilings of my house that has an internal area of 118sqms. The property is currently vacant. A floor plan is attached for reference. Scope of work should include: Inside: - Preparation of all surfaces prior to painting, e.g. patching , sanding , gaping etc. - Painting of all walls with two coats of Dulux Professional matt / low sheen (colour: off-white). - Painting of all ceilings Dulux flat ceilings (colour: white). - Painting of all doors, door frames one coat of primer undercoat and one top coat of Dulux gloss enamel. - Drop sheets are not required for the floors as existing flooring (including carpets) will be replaced after the paint job. This should have some time savings to keep the cost down. Outside: - Painting of eaves and carport ceiling two top coats of Dulux flat ceilings white. - Two damages, one in the eaves and one in carport ceiling (see photos), are to be repair prior to paint. - Painting of gutters / facia / down pipes two coats of Dulux weathershield semi gloss. (colour: like for like) Photos are to be provided upon completion of the job.
