All specs are looking at house from street: •Front of house: 8.6m x 3m, under balcony 8.6m x 1.55m •Right (northern) side of house : 20m x 3m in two sections, undersides approx 15 x .7m •Left (southern) side of house: 22m x 3m, ceilings 7m x 2.5m •Back of house: 6.7m x 3m, ceilings 6.75m x 1.2m Unsure how to price this so I entered $8.5K including materials, but happy for you to make me your best offer and then you can come around for a proper look. Not necessarily for now, but I would also like a customer reference for a similar project please so I can check your credentials for this project.

5-6 bedroom house full interior (4 Salisbury Street Sandringham), 2 living rooms, 5 bathroom, ceilings, walls, door frames, doors are two-packed so don't need painting. We have selected Dulux colours. I would like to meet the painter/crew for a quote. Price negotiable.
