Neutral colours to be used (will confirm closer to the date - mainly whites) with the exception of one bedroom, which we would like to be 2 toned. Please do not quote the job subject to viewing the property. Price offered must be FIXED. Please note, we have purchased the property and the vendor has allowed a strict time for early access to have the task completed. The time frame is not negotiable and pre-access cannot be arranged.
