Hello, I have recently purchased a property in happy valley, 3 bed (3x3m room size) and 1x lounge , 1x bathroom. Hoping to have it repainted from March 14th and completed by 19th March. Would love an experienced painter with a decent size team who can complete the work within 5 days, house and will be completely vacant. We want a 3 coat system, primer and 2 coats to follow. Sanding required and painting around doorframes etc.

I need help painting the final parts of the exterior of my house. What’s left is the two sides of the house and the uppermost sections I can’t reach from my small ladder as well as the final part of the verandah (posts and rails). It is probably 1.5 days work for an experienced painter. It is a cement sheet house, so requires cutting in under the sheets, but otherwise it’s a pretty quick paint. Only 1 coat required.

Would like our home painted (exterior front only) I’d like to replace the yellow with a white, and the green with a blue. All paint will be supplied.

gutters are bad and holding water at the front of the house mainly, ceiling is bad in living, dining area, but joins are noticeable throughout whole house but i don't think it is an issue.

Ceiling painted on ground floor of house, to cover patching from aircon install/removal of old evap system. One small patch on ceiling to be smoothed over - approx 6 inches (shown in pics) where light removed. Plans of house attached with dimensions - ceiling painted throughout but NOT in Office, bathroom, laundry, ensuite, or toilet. Main living areas/other bedrooms only. Neutral ceiling white colour throughout. Will feed you soft drinks and beer throughout.
