I’m after a quick one-coat wall paint job—just something simple to freshen up the place as we’re moving in. Not looking to spend too much, just want it to look clean and tidy with a fresh coat. The space includes 4 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen area, and a small entry walkway. Rooms aren’t very big. Looking to get it done on the evening of Tuesday 22nd April, after 5:30pm. The house will be completely unfurnished, so should be easy to get in and knock it out. Sand and repaint all wooden exterior parts of the house. House was weatherboard which had brick added afterwards. Paint job is for wooden window frames and remaining weatherboard above windows, sides of roof, external side of doors. Needs to ensure watertightness, some parts of paint have started to chip
