Paint colour for walls and ceiling is the same colour so no fiddle bits around the cornices All walls will be prepped, but you will need to provide and apply all masking. We’re looking for an experienced painter to complete a full exterior (minus unseen side of house) repaint of our single-storey home in Mentone. Scope of work includes: • Prep and paint exterior brickwork (prime + 2 coats) • Fascia boards (currently Mission Brown – touch-up or full coat) • Eaves (cream – may need fresh coat) • Aluminium window frames and front door (sand, prime, and paint) You’ll need to supply all materials, including paint, primer, tools, and any prep equipment. Bricks and surfaces are in good condition. Looking for someone with exterior painting experience who can complete the job professionally and cleanly. I need a paint refresh at a property before sale. There are marks on some of the walls, and a couple of sections that are a bit dinted in needing touch ups but otherwise in decent condition.
