Internal paint of townhouse. Scope includes 3 x bedrooms, living area, kitchen, hallway. No requirement for the bathrooms. 2 x coats of paint. Paint will be provided. Property will be empty

We need to have the final top coat done for the ceiling of our balcony and downstairs batton cieling, as well as around the door and window frames. Areas that need the top coat have already been primed and had multi undercoats applied, we just need a polished top coat done so you cant see streaks/lines. Quote on inspection.

We would like to have the outside of the house painted more of a white colour.just the outside so no internal wall painting needed. No idea on what the cost is, please offer!

We need the rooms shown in yellow highlight sanded back and then a limewash coat put over the top. The bedrooms all have carpets on them now which we will remove and the main areas have a timber stain already on them that needs to be sanded back. Estimates are around 100 sqm in total and 4 steps.

Paint a single storey house (relatively small c90sqm house). Looking to paint bricks white.

Front facade to be painted up to white awning. Roughly 5.5m high and 8m across. Part of side to be painted. Average 3m high (4m on left, 2m on right) and 8.5m across. Some parts need smoothing as shown in photos. Some parts are new render. Also new render around balcony to be painted. See photos. We will supply paint.

The property isnt avaliable yet for me to show - we dont move in until Feb. However i would like to get a quote. Approx 80 sqm needs painting white, + ceiling and skirtings 2 story townhouse.(1 bathroom, 2 bedrooms, lounge/kitchen, small hallway and stairwell. Doors, doorframes, windows and french door. - Due date: Needs to be done by Sunday, 13th of Feb 2022
