Find an experienced house painter in Carnegie

This is a unit with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I need all the walls painted, no ceiling. I will supply the paint myself, but please let me know what tools and equipment you need — I can provide those as well. I’m looking for someone who can work with me to get the painting done together. Thanks!

Looking for quotes to repaint the interior walls of a new house before we move in. This includes main living room, kitchen, stair void, bedrooms and bathrooms etc. Happy to have paint included or paid for in addition to labour. Walls are in good condition currently, just want to freshen up the look. We move in mid-July and are somewhat flexible for days needed.

I’m looking for an experienced and reliable painter to paint the interior of a two-story house. The house is a layout with a total of 3 bedrooms (including a master bedroom with ensuite), 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, dining area, lounge and a study. The floor plan includes the following key areas: * Ground Floor: Entry, study (2.2m x 5.2M), lounge (4.5m x 5.3m), kitchen, dining (3.4m x 4.4m), living area (4.9m x 4.0m), laundry/powder room, bathroom * First Floor: Master bedroom (5.0m x 3.8m) with ensuite, 2 additional bedrooms (3.3m x 3.5m and 3.3m x 2.8m) and a bathroom. Scope of Work: Painting with a white colour with a couple of minor cracks, need filling as well. Walls and ceilings. Only ceiling in the bathrooms and one wall in the laundry as the rest are tiled. I

Paint All walls with dulux natural white, ceilings with ceiling white and doors, windows and skirtings with aquanamel all with 2 coat finish. Small house that is in good condition with house size approx 140sqm and ceiling height of 3m in front part of house and 2.8m in back part. House is currently empty as we are yet to move in so drops sheets are required to protect hardwood floors. All inclusive price for materials and labour thanks.

Paint the exterior of small, 2 storey townhouse. It shares the main wall with another townhouse, therefore one whole side is not required to be painted. The other side is a boundary fence and also not required. Painting is front/back and top storey side as per pic (everything inside the red lines). Eves required, but no gutters, window frames or downpipes required to be painted. Surface is cement sheet cladding with a slight stipple. Paint supplied.

I need the entire exterior of the house painted. Ned to sand the flaked off , bubbled up timber weatherboard and then painted. No repairs just sand and paint with good quality paint. The entire house is an edwardian house built in the 30''s and was painted 6 years ago and had low grade paint. - Due date: Flexible

We are not sure if there are current/active termites in one of our bedroom floorboards. We have owned the house for a few years. There were some old holes when we moved in. I need a qualified person who could/confirm find and deal with them. - Due date: Needs to be done on Tuesday, 22 March 2022
