I want to paint my house in queens park its 4/2 house 220 sqm built up area, my budget is $2500

Have some rendering around the front of house that has bubbled up and is a bit sandy behind it, will need these areas to be patched up correctly ready for re-painting. All up I would say about 1m squared of patches.

4x2 bedroom house x2 living areas Painting the entire house after tenants have moved out. Happy to pay per hour or for the entire job. Need this task done in the first week of July.

We would like all our house doors and door frames re-painted. They may require some minor sanding and/or maintenance. You will need to remove doors and re-hang them after, but Door handles can be removed as we will place new handles on upon completion of painting and re-hanging the doors. We have 14 internal flush doors - all white gloss 1 French door - all white gloss inside and outside 2 /double front doors - white gloss inside and different colour outside please in matte finish (still undecided on colour but probably something similar to what it is now a dark grey/blue)
