Cement base primer is to go over the Patched repaired work section  3. 2 coates of paint that matches the rest of the building You’ll need to organize hire of a cherry picker to access the spot as it’s high up. Need someone to paint the ceilings of two rooms in our residential house. The first room (foyer) requires both the ceiling and the stairs to be painted. There is already a coat of paint so will just need an extra few coats and sanding back in some areas. The second room (dining room) just requires the ceiling to be painted. Both ceilings are high. All surfaces are timber. - Due date: Flexible

Cubby house is 1800 mm off the ground. You may need a tall ladder. Everything green needs to be white. Paint the posts supporting the cubby and the ladder leading up to the cubby house white. And pain the three sides on the outside of the cubby. The front face of cubby is already white so no need to paint and the balustrading stays black.
