We have a 4 bed house with 2 adults (owners) currently living here. We have a main bathroom and a small ensuite. The house needs a 2 weekly thorough clean (under beds, behind TV, full kitchen and bathrooms, skirting board dust and full hoover). Initially we would like to arrange a deep clean for before 20th Sept (happy to pay more for this as will likely take longer than regular cleans) and after that would be looking at 2 weekly cleaning with the possibility of weekly top ups. Budget is provisionally listed as $150, that would be a target for the fortnightly cleans but open to offers. Looking for a cleaning team to perform a thorough clean post mould remediation (gassing). Knowledge of mould remediation would be fantastic but not essential as I can explain what is required. I am after someone who can do the whole house, however the most urgent areas are the 4 bedrooms, kitchen and butler's pantry as these are booked to be painted on Monday 13 June, so we need those areas cleaned before Monday. This is a specific type of clean that involves HEPA vacuuming all surfaces (walls, ceilings, floors), then washing with a vinegar solution. Unfortunately our HEPA vacuum is in storage so we will need someone who can supply a HEPA vacuum cleaner with fresh bags and filter. The rest of the house can be done anytime up to 17 June.
