Poor communication and quality. Turned up with a broken mop and asking us if we have a mop she could used which we were lucky to have one but a very basic one which she later blamed us for not providing a good mop. Missing 1 x whole room to clean and she claimed that I told her not to clean which was ridiculous as the place is empty, also missing a lot of spots which we end up arranging another cleaner, waste of time and money.

Zula didn’t seem to understand the scope of the job I posted. After arriving, she argued a lot saying she will not do cleaning in some of the areas she was supposed to clean. It took a lot of convincing and finally she completed most of the areas. As far as quality of her work is concerned, it is top class. I recommend future customers should be clear with her about the scope of the job before they accept her offer. I give her 4 out of 5 stars.
