Our property is for sale - Rinnai Gas Infinity 26 plus hot water system is dripping from the "Water outlet". The system is 15 years old and likely to need replacing. This will be highlighted when a building inspection is completed. We'd just like to stop the dripping if possible in the meantime, while it's for sale as we are moving interstate in 2 days time.

Hi! I need some help with a hot water issue in my shower. I'm only getting hot water for about 1–2 minutes, and then it suddenly turns cold. The cold water valve is completely off, and the hot water valve is on. Strangely, my other shower works fine and has consistent hot water.
